Sizing

RINGS -Please take the time to figure out your ring size before ordering. The very best way to determine this is to visit a local jeweler and be sized. If this is not an option there are inexpensive ring sizers available online as well as charts for measuring a current ring. If the ring is a gift or a surprise engagement ring, we suggest taking a ring they wear (on the finger you want them to wear it on) to a local jeweler who can let you know what size it is.  

Keep in mind that the thicker the band, the tighter the fit. When being sized it is helpful for the jeweler to use the same width as the ring you are going to purchase. A thicker or thinner band is usually 1/2 size up or down. 

If you need a half size or your size isn’t listed as an option we can make adjustments.  When ordering, please order the whole size you want to be sized up. For example, if you need a 6.5 or 6.75, order a 6 and then promptly  send us an email after check out letting us know to size it up to the needed size. 

We offer free resizing on all 14k gold rings unless the ring you ordered cannot be resized. (If this is the case it will be in the product description.) All other exchanges will start at $10 to cover shipping and handling costs, the price may increase depending on the product.  Some of our rings simply cannot be resized due to the nature of their design. Please reach out via email within 2 weeks of receiving your order to be sure your ring can be resized and to pay your invoice prior to sending it to us. All sizing changes need to be made within 30 days of receiving your item.

BRACELTS - Please use the sizing chart below when ordering bracelets.

*Cuff bracelets are NOT meant to be bent back and forth to get on and off. They are designed to slide on using the soft underside of your wrist with little to no adjustments.  A quick online search will pull up instructions and videos on how to do this.  We cannot warranty products that have been "open and closed" repeatedly.  Any metal will weaken over time if this is the case.

Jewelry Care

All of our jewelry is made of Sterling Silver, 14K yellow or 14K white gold. 

It is always a good idea to avoid lotions, perfumes and harsh chemicals while wearing your jewelry.

Metals will oxidize whenever they are not being worn so the more you wear the piece the better it will look.
