Every piece we make is a handcrafted, original piece. We pride ourselves in making a high quality product, which has its own unique look, and is built to last.

Refunds and Exchanges

Customer satisfaction is our goal. If there is any problem with your piece, please contact us IMMEDIATELY. If we made an error in design or workmanship, we will refund the return shipping charges. However, we cannot remake any piece without the original item returned.

Personalized and/or custom pieces may not be returned under any circumstances unless the piece meets the error criteria as described above.

We only offer refunds within 30 days of original purchase. The buyer is responsible for paying return shipping charges with the exception noted above.

Shipping

We ship USPS Priority for a flat rate of $6 regardless of quantity ordered. Your package will ship within two weeks of being ordered.

We are not responsible for transit time, nor if package is damaged or lost.

Payment

We gladly accept Paypal, all major credit cards, and money orders.
